Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Email team@houseofdynast.shop with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us; parcels sent without a return request can't be accepted.
3. Send the items back using a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except where the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you won't pay to send it back.

Exchanges

To swap a size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
