1. Who we are

houseofdynast.shop is operated by House of Dynast, based in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). You can reach us at team@houseofdynast.shop.

These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify checkout.

4. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Some images on our site are styled, AI-generated images that show ways to wear a piece; the product photos show the garment itself. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including the EU right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery and your rights if goods are faulty.

7. Using our website

You may not use our website for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to copy, scrape or resell our content without our written permission. Text, images and designs on this site belong to House of Dynast or are used with permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Personal data

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
