What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $7.50. Orders from $100 ship free. The cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. Delivery then usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your country.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. It can take a few days before the first tracking update appears. If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days of ordering, email us.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size guide on the product page. It lists garment measurements in centimetres and inches. Compare them with a piece you own that fits well. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you order.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Email us with your order number first; return shipping is paid by you. Read the Refund policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

I entered the wrong address. What now?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and the correct address, and we'll update it before dispatch.

Are the jacket and trousers in a set the same size?

Yes. A full set comes in one size for both pieces. If you need different sizes, choose "Jacket only" and "Trousers only" separately where the product offers them.
